I was born in Tabriz (pictured above) in north western Iran in 1989. I got my B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering (dual major) from Sharif University of Technology in 2013. I joined the graduate program in Boston University in September 2013. I defended my thesis in December 2017 and since February 2018, I have been a postdoctoral researcher in MIT CSAIL.
